Distribution Company based in Boksburg is looking for an experience Admin Assistant.
- Process customer orders
- Process customer invoices
- Provide quotations
- Assist with customer queries (ie providing POD’s, invoices, pricing, complaints
- Switchboard
- Provide backorder letters
- Update disposal stock register
- Filing ( invoices, customer purchase orders and credit notes)
- Assist Admin Manager
- Stock take quarterly
- Liaising with warehouse personnel
- Liaising with courier service providers
Qualifications Required : Grade 12
3 years admin experience
Good communication and writing skills
Sage experience
Computer skills

Job Type: Contract

Salary: R12,500.00 per month

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Required)
- Sage Pastel: 3 years (Required)
- Invoicing / Pricing / Quoting: 3 years (Required)
